The 2012 Ford F-350 uses an H13 bulb for the headlights in the truck. This is a very common bulb size and You should be able to find it at most auto parts stores around the country. When Your headlights are not working the first thing that You should check are the fuses to them. If these have blown then You will need to replace them with new ones. If the fuses are fine then the next thing to check is the wiring at the back of the headlight housing. Make sure that this is securely attached and free from any damage like fraying wires. If all of that is good then it is most likely that a bulb burnt out and will need to be replaced.

A 2012 ford f350 requires an h13 replacement bulb for both low beam and high beam headlights. H13 led is also acceptable.
