The Ford Fiesta 1 4 tdci egr valve removal procedure will require that You have a wrench and screwdriver. The valve is under the hood, connected to the purge valve. You will need to remove the purge valve first, which is held in place by a pair of bolts on either side. Once this is out You can then remove the bolts and screws from the egr and lift it out. If You are planning to clean it You will need to purchase a special cleaning solution for the valve. Once You are done You can put it back in and then place the other part back on top.
