If Your radio is not working properly in Your Ford Fiesta Mk7 that is usually a sign that there is a problem with it. One of the most common problems is that it is frozen due to a software issue. To do a master reset, start by deleting sync bluetooth from your phone. On the sync screen press settings, and scroll until you reach the master reset. Press ok.
