I've had occasion to remove the seats in my Ford Transit 350 XLT more than a few times. I'll try to walk You through this as simply as I can; it's not hard, just a little tedious. So, the first thing You're going to need is A50 and 55 TorxBit, with an extension and ratchet, as well as a screwdriver. The firSTStep is to pull the seat levers underneath the seats. If these have been removed, for instance if You've bought Your Transit second hand from a business fleet, You can use zip ties to make a bow, loop it through the small plastic lever, and pull. You'll do this with both levers simultaneously, and then roll the seat forward, and then tilt it and remove from the van. This works for the back seats. The second seat row is a bit more difficult; pull the latch, and use the screwdriver to hold it open, while You unlatch the far side, and You'll remove that whole segment. Now, for the individual seats, You'll need to use the TorxBits to remove the bolts on them, which are hidden underneath the trim. Work Your way through each one, and You'll have converted from a passenger to a cargo van. Good luck!
