If You're getting a fault code B10D7 on Your Ford Transit, it's indicating a key progRamming failure for the passive anti-theft system (PATS), or a faulty body control module (BCM). You're likely also dealing with Your Transit being immobilized, since it's not seeing the key as being compatible with Your system. A bit more specifically, when the BCM initializes the key progRamming state, it activates the transceiver to read the key in the ignition key cylinder. If it recognizes this as a valid PATS key, the BCM goes ahead and puts it in its memory. This code indicates this process failed. Was Your battery disconnected for a long period or dead That'll trigger this. Also, a fuse blowing can also give You this same error. Check those first. I believe on Your model Ford it'll actually be the same as for the ABS, the 10A fuse 20. Additionally, verify all Your cables are good and the connections are tight. If it's neither of those two things, the next thing to check is going to be the sensors around the key barrel (ie, the antenna at the switch), assuming You've definitely ruled out the key itseLFAs being the culprit.

The ford transit code b10d7 indicates that the passive anti-theft system key has not been successfully programmed into the bcm memory.
