If You need to reset the radio in Your Ford Transit completely then it is a pretty simple thing to do, there are just a few steps. Firstly You will need to press the SYNC button to get to the main display. From there press the arrows until You get to the advanced menu. Once You are in the advanced menu scroll with the arrows until You see "Master Reset". Highlight that and then press OK on the dash. There will be a confirmation message on the screen confirming that You want to reset the system. Press OK again and then the system will be reset. After this You will need to reconnect any bluetooth devices and set up any radio presets.

Scroll down to page 2 locate master reset. Tap yes and sync will begin reset.

This reset does work on a 2016 tIansit connect i have also tried disconnecting the battery
