The load capacity on the Toyota Corolla ranges froM850 pounds to 1,100 pounds. But why is a load index so important. Well the load index of a tire tells You how much weight the tire can carry. Also known as load rating, the load index is represented by a number thats found on the tires sidewall. That number corresponds to the load-carrying capacity per tire, indicating the amount of load or weight that one tire can carry safely when inflated to its maximum load-sustaining pressure. The load index shouldnt be confused with the load range, which is a letter value also printed on the sidewall. The load index represents the tires toughness and ability to hold higher air pressures.

My corolla had at least 8oo pounds in the trunk plus using a old school tow bar I towed another 2001 Toyota corolla for 350 miles. Could not even tell it was back there. A corolla is an exceptional vehicle all around
