To get the correct torque You can use a torque wrench which will let You set the recommended 30 ft/lbs torque. The capacity of oil for the truck iS6.2 quarts with a filter with TT or 6.1 quarts with a filter with O TT. The type of oil that should be used for the Tacoma is 0W-20 Synthetic. You should change the oil and the filter every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or so. You let out the previous oil by using a drain pan and undoing the drain plug. You can do a change in about 10 to 20 minutes or so.
