There are a few different things in an Acura RDX that may case a rattling noise. One of the most likely causes is a suspension problem. When the components on the suspension get loose they can rattle when You go over rough terrain. Another likely cause is the exhaust. The exhaust at the rear of the vehicle is attached to hangers that have a rubber bushing on them and when this wears out it will vibrate and rattle while You drive. Another reason that Your SUV may rattle is due to loose panels on the interior. The panels in here are held in place with clips and when those come loose it can lead to them rattling easily.

The Acura RDX rattling noise may be caused by fuel, timing chain, or loose components in the vehicle engine.
