The 2001 Ford F-350 dually tire size is P215/85R16. This number may seem complexBut it is pretty easy to dissect when You know what it means. The first number, 215, is the tire's tread width in millimeters. The second number, 85, is the sidewall height in millimeters. The third number, 16, is the wheel's diameter in inches. That means that You have 16 inch wheels on Your truck. When You need to get new tires I recommend sticking to the OEM tire size. If You go for larger tires they may rub easier when You turn and may scrape when You travel over rough roads since there is not a lot of extra room in the wheel wells.
