The 2005 Hyundai XG350 came factory standard with a 3.5L 6-cylinder engine and there was no option for any other engine. You will need to use 10W-30 synthetic oil in most climates. If You are in a freezing climate You will need to use either 10W-40 or 10W-50. If You are in a very hot climate with temperatures often being above 95F You will want to use 5W-30 or 5W-40. The engine will have a motor oil capacity of 4.5 US quarts when the filter is included. The oil will need to be changed out every 7,500 miles. The oil drain plug will have a head size of 16mm and require 28 ft-lbs of torque to remove it.
