The 2006 Ford F-350 rear differential fluid capacity iS4.0L of 75w-90 synthetic oil. If You need to change the differential oil then You have a job in front of You. To start You will need to get to the back axle of the vehicle, so You may need to jack it up. Once You find the axle You will see a large plate in the center. If You just need to add fluid then You can use the intake port, dump it in, and call it a day. If You need to change it however then You need to remove the plate. When You do, all the oil is going to come pouring out, so You need to have something ready to catch it. Once it has been drained, You can put the plate back on and fill it up.
