The 2007 Chevy Tahoe requires DOT 3 brake fluid in the brake master cylinder reservoir. Many different brands have their own DOT 3 brake fluid and there isn't much of a difference between them so You can choose whichever brand You prefer. For the most part they are all very affordable as well. You don't need to check Your brake fluid as often as the other fluids in Your vehicle because it does not get used up the same way. If You do think You're getting low it's probable that You have a leak somewhere. Adding more fluid in this case isn't going to help and You should visit a dealer as soon as You can. -
