The 2007 Chevy Tahoe will use a wheel bolt pattern of 6 X139.7mm. This pattern is often used on trucks but Chevy has also used it for it's full sized SUVs. Since this pattern is pretty common You should be able to find it in almost every auto parts store and even many big box stores such as walmart. A new set for a single wheel is going to cost between $30 and $40. If You need bolts for all four wheels Your total is going to be between $120 and $140.
