The 2009 Chrysler Sebring horn is located at just behind the front bumper and in front of the radiator under the plastic covers near the hood latch. If Your honr is not working it could be several different reasons. Some of the common issues are a relay, faulty clock spring, a faulty horn switch in the steering wheel , or a damaged wire / corroded ground. The first thing You want to check is the fuse and the relay. You will be able to find these in the fuse panel inside the engine bay. You can then move on to the horn and use an ohm meter to see if Your getting power. If You jump the horn and the fuse blows You will know You have a bad horn. Then You can check the wires as well as the steering wheel base to see if anything looks damaged.
