The 2009 Lincoln MKS uses A5W-20 synthetic motor oil at all temperatures, and has a reservoir capacity of 5.5 quarts, which includes the filter as well. You can use a mixed or full blend synthetic, but You should avoid using a conventional, as it's not going to have the treatments a vehicle that's as long in the tooth as Yours is getting will need. You can use either a WIX57502 or WIX51516 oil filter, or equivalents, though those two are specifically recommended by the manufacturer. Torque for the oil drain plug is going to be twenty pound feet. You should change the oil every 7,000 or so miles, if using the synthetic (full or blend), and 3,500 if using a conventional.
