The 2010 Mercedes GL450 is going to need to use 50/50 coolant and antifreeze for it's coolant reservoir. You can use a store brand or even a name brand like Preston and You'll be fine but many users prefer using the OEM brand that is sold by Mercedes themselves. The capacity is going to be 9.5 US quarts so You're going to need to purchase two large jugs to fill this engine up all the way. The total cost of fluids if You're going to do this job on Your own is going to range between $25 and $60 depending on what brand You get.
