The 2010 Toyota Camry came factory standard with A6-speed automatic transmission. This transmission is going to have a capacity of 6.9 US quarts and an initial fill level of 2.9 US quarts. You're going to need to use Dexron VI for this transmission and it should be pretty easy to find considering it's the most common type of fluid used in the US. The total cost of fluids if You plan on doing the change on Your own will be between $50 and $75. If You want to take it in to a shop it'll be between $150 and $200.
