The 2014 Chevy Cruze oil pressure sensor is mounted on the passenger side of the engine compartment at the back of the engine block. You can access the sensor from above or below the car as You want to fix it. You would require a 10mm socket to detach the oil pressure sensor from the engine block. Any of the signs that can be related to this problem are the ticking sound coming from the engine and the low-pressure error message. Another cause may be the oil pressure control solenoid or the broken rod in the oil filter housing that causes problems. The cost of repair and removal will range from $150-$300 depending on the components and how much labor is required for the repair.
