As the owner of a 2015 Chevy Cruze, You may have found Yourself in the position of needing to find the location of Your crankshaft position sensor. This sensor is fairly easy to find, and it will only take a couple of minutes of Your time. First, You should go to the front of Your car, and open the hood. Use the prop arm found on the passenger side of the engine bay to keep the hood in an open and upright position. Once this is done, take a look at the area near the base and rear of the engine block. This is the area just above the starter. There, You should find the camshaft position sensor.

The 2015 Chevy cruze crankshaft position sensor is located on the crankshaft at the base of the engine above the starter motor.
Question I overheat my engine I let it cool down but I also hit the guts out of the thermostat and ran out like that and overheat on me again then I will not start so you think is that the sensor on the crankshaft needs to be changed or what can you give me an answer thank you
