If You're using the stock OEM radio for Your 2017 Chevrolet Cruze, then the factory amp is part of the radio itself. If You've got the upgraded Pioneer 9-speaker system, it'll be located in the trunk on the passenger side. If You're not getting any sound from Your stereo, the first thing You should check is the fuse, which is going to be located in the cabin fuse panel, near the left side of the steering wheel, under the dash. The neXTStep is going to be to check the wiring; wires can get crimped or severed and connections can come loose. It's rarer for the amp to fail.
