The 2017 Nissan Altima lug nuts are M12 X1.25 with a 21mm hex. This means that the thread is an M12 pitch and 1.25 inches long, and You will need to use a 21mm socket to remove the lug nuts. I recommend using an impact driver to remove Your lug nuts because it can make quick work of stuck lug nuts that are torqued on. However You should never use an impact to reinstall lug nuts. This can strip out the wheel studs and that would mean You'd have to buy new ones. Always use a calibrated torque wrench to make sure to torque down Your lug nuts to the manufacture's specifications.
