The 2019 Honda Civic headlight bulb size is a 9005 for the high beam and H11 for the low beam. The latter is the middle bulb with the magnifier surrounding it while the former is the inner most bulb. To swap in a replacement You'll need to lift the hood and reach for a tab beneath the low beam bulb socket. Press in and pull to release the connector. Turn clockwise to pull out the old bulb. Be sure to either avoid touching it or wear gloves to do this process. This is to prevent early burnout. After inserting the new bulb make sure to reconnect the connector. You can repeat the same thing on the opposite side as well as for the high beam bulbs.
