The MINI Cooper code 2B64 (also P1497) means "Intake Manifold, Unmetered Air". Though it seems like it's from the future, when the atmosphere is so shot that air and water are doled out in rations, this actually means that the ECM thinks there's a vacuum leak that's allowing too much air to enter into the engine. To resolve this, You're going to want to check the throttle body assembly, as well as the hoses, for any cracks of other failures. Additionally, there's a MINI technical bulletin regarding this code, which indicates it can be a range of triggers, such as poor fuel and a lot of driving consisting of very short trips, to needing to physically remove the valve covers to check the timings.
