When You see Your Acura throw a code A123, You shouldn't be alarmed, as unlike diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), this is just a maintenance reminder that You need to do an oil and filter change, rotate the tires, and do an in-cabin air filter change. If You've already addressed the maintenance needs, to reset the code, You can do the following: Turn the car on without turning on the engine. Press the select/reset button until You get to the tire pressure and SHAWD notification. Press and hold down the select/reset button for 10 seconds; You should see the oil reset prompt show up, and You can select RESET here. Select that, and then turn off Your Acura. The reminder light should now be off.

If your Acura is giving you an A123 code, it simply means you need maintenance, such as an oil change, transmission fluid change, tire rotation, or engine air filter change.
