The code b15 on the Honda Civic means that it's time to replace the engine oil, oil filter, to rotate the tires and replace the engine coolant. Every 7,500 Miles the tires should be rotated and the engine oil and the engine oil filter should be changed. The coolant in the car should be changed every 30,000 miles or so. It is very important to keep up with all of these in-order to help keep the engine running. The cost to change the oil and the filter is anywhere from $40 to $50 in labor costs. The cost to rotate the tires is between $30 and $40 in labor costs. To change the coolant it is between $70 and $90 in labor costs.
