The BMW's F10 fuel pump relay location is going to be inside the fuse box located in the passenger compartment, and not in the engine fuse panel under the hood. To access it, open the glove compartment, and remove any items that are in front of the fuse box. Then, push the handle upwards, at which point You can open the lid to it. The fuse for the fuel pump is number 75 in this panel, and is going to be a 20A one. You can pick up a fuse kit from Bosch for under $4 that will contain the proper replacement fuse as well as other amp ones for future needs.
