BMW did not include a wheel lock key as a standard part of the BMW i3. Your dealer may have added one to this vehicle and in that situation it will be found in a compartment under the carpet in the trunk. If You want to purchase a set of them they are available at any BMW dealership. A full set will cost between $50 and $70. You also have the option of ordering online as many sellers will have them available through ebay.

The wheel lock is located where ever the dealer installed it, it is not a normal part of the vehicle.
