What's the Ford dtc code f00616?

If You are driving Your Ford and happen to notice a check engine light You should try to get off the road as soon as possible and get the code read. I would recommend using an OBD II scan tool to read the codes that are stored in the ECU. If Your code reader lets You know that You have an F00616 code that means that there is a problem with the data control module and the ECU did not get the information that it was expecting. If that is the only code that is displayed then it is likely not a problem and was juSTSomething that happened during startup. It should clear itself the next time You go for a drive.
