The locking wheel nut for the Honda Civic is not a normal part of the car. It is a lug nut that You can put on the wheel to keep it from moving, as an anti-theft deterrent. Due to it being a separate part it can be in a few places, or You simply may not have one. First, check the glove box, sometimes it can be found in a case inside the glove box. If it is not there then it may be bundled in with the spare tire in the back. If that is not it then You more than likely do not have one or it has been lost over the years. You can buy a replacement online for about 20 dollars though.
