As the driver of a Honda Odyssey, You will notice over time that various lights may appear on Your dashboard. One of these is the code b123. If You see this code, don't panic. This is actually not a trouble code, but a maintenance one. It is attempting to alert You that it is time for Your vehicle to be serviced. Every 45,000 miles driven, or 36 months, whichever comes first, You should have Your vehicle taken in for maintenance, unless You choose to do it Yourself. This service will include cabin air and fuel filters, oil, transmission fluid, and antifreeze. Dust and pollen filters will be replaced, and the air cleaner will be checked.

These are separate codes: B,1,2,3. They are described in the owner's manual under Maintenance Minder page. For my 2009 it is on page 424. The B code lists several items to do or inspect. It includes to change engine oil and filter. It says to inspect front and rear brakes. The code 1 means to rotate tires. The code 2 means to replace air filter and dust filter. Plus it tells you to inspect the drive belt. The code 3 means to change the transmission fluid. Hope this helps. Best is to obtain the owner's manual for the vehicle in question.
