The maintenance code b13 for the Honda Odyssey means different things for each letter and digit. The B means You need to replace the engine oil and oil filter and also to inspect various systems and components. The 1 means that You need to rotate tires, and check tire pressure and condition. The 3 means that You need to replace transmission fluid and transfer fluid. For the vehicle You should change the oil and filter every 7,500 to 10,000 miles for synthetic or 3,000 to 5,000 miles for conventional oil. You should rotate the tires every 7,500 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Check the tire pressure and condition whenever You notice anything different in them. You should change the transmission fluid every 90,000 miles or so.

B 13 is a maintenance list . You have to read it as B, 1, 3 separately. It is described in the owner;s manual, page 424 (2009). I have taken a photo of the page but I don't know how to attach it to this message. B includes to change engine oil and filter, inspect front and rear brakes. But there are multiples other items listed under B. The code 1 means to rotate tires. The code 3 means to replace transmission fluid. Hope this helps.
