The Hyundai Kona EV has a towing capacity of up to 2,800 pounds. The Kona is not really a vehicle that is designed to tow a lot of weight, but the extra torque from the electric motors does make it capable of pulling some weight around. In general electric vehicles are not there when it comes to towing. You will notice extreme range decreases when You add the extra weight of a trailer or other items to the back of Your Kona. This can result in You needing to stop much more frequently to recharge the battery pack in Your car. If You are looking to tow I recommend getting a gasoline or diesel truck or SUV.
