The Jeep 4.0 coolant temp sensor location is found by watching: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcXsbP3wkkI The coolant needs to be changed every 60,000 miles or so. Your air filter needs to be changed every 15,000 to 30,000 miles or so. The spark plugs need to be replaced every 100,000 miles unless it's a copper one. A cooper spark plug needs to be replaced every 30,000 miles. You will come into many problems with an engine. A gasket may become loose and that needs to be tightened up. A spark plug may come off, causing engine issues. You can have oil leaks and those need to be repaired quickly. A serious problem is the engine overheating. This may lead to fires and the vehicle exploding. There could be excessive oil use, requiring the oil to be changed sooner than expected.

The Jeep 4.0 has two coolant sensors. There is one at the front of the engine in the thermostat housing. There is another at the back drivers topside of the engine cylinder head just to the right of the valve cover.
