As indicated by the manufacturer, the Mercedes Sprinter lug nut size is identified as 19mm hexAnd an M14 X1.5 thread 6 lug, 130mm bolt pattern for the front and 6 X205mm for the back. Knowing this is vital because You will need the bolt pattern to fit if You plan to buy new rims. The 6 is the quantity of nuts on the wheel and the diameter of the bolt pattern is 130 mm. It will also ensure that the lug studs are stable and that any of the wheel assembly is not more stressed. To prevent stripping the bolts or cutting the lug stud off, it is also important that You use the correct torque on the lug nuts and the torque is stated as 154 ft.-lbs. The cost of lug nuts will vary for a set between $5 and $15 depending on the brand and aftermarket.

Technically, the Sprinter uses bolts (not nuts) that you thread into the hub. The size is indeed M14x1.5, but critically, the length you need depends on which wheels you're mounting. OEM steel, OEM alloy and aftermarket alloy wheels all have different lengths. If your bolts are too long they could thread all the way through and contact the parking brake apparatus...not long enough and they may not fix the wheel securely.
