What's the mitsubishi outlander roof rack weight limit?

The Mitsubishi Outlander roof rack has a weight limit of 160 pounds. This is usually enough to carry a ski box, or a small rooftop storage system. The Outlander is made entirely out of aluminum and does not have any heavily reinforced vertical pillars in the construction so excessive weight could cause damage to Your vehicle. I would not recommend putting a tent on the top of it for over land driving or camping, that would be too heavy. The rails are also a mix of aluminum and plastic so be careful as You clip and unclip things from them since that could be a spot where they can break.
