The P0068 code on the Chevrolet Malibu stands for MAP/MAF - Throttle Position Correlation. This is thrown when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects that the difference between the actual mass air flow and the speed density calculated air flow exceeds the expected paRameters. Some possible reasons You'd get this happening is because there's an air leak between the MAF sensor and the throttle body, the throttle body or MAF is d***y, the throttle position sensor isn't seated properly, or either that sensor or the MAF are actually malfunctioning. Fixing is going to involve troubleshooting the above, to find out where the fault lies: If the MAF's d***y, You can clean it pretty simply, and reseating the TP sensor is also easy. Replacing the MAF's also not too involved, but You might want to consult a mechanic before You start replacing the components willy nilly.
