The 2019 Honda Pilot is going to need to use a tire pressure of 35 psi for all four tires of the vehicle. This vehicle is going to come with a tire pressure monitoring system so You're going to be able to keep track of when to give them a fill up if they are running low. The tire size will vary with the standard models coming with size 245-60-18 tires. The top of the line Touring and Touring Elite models are going to come factory standard with size 245-50-20 tires but all models are going to need to use the same tire pressure.
