The wheel lock key in a Toyota Yaris can be anywhere in the vehicle. This is a small key that looks like a socket and is designed to work on the locking lug nut that is on Your vehicle. The most common places to look for the key are in the center console or the glove compartment. If Your key is not in either of those locations then I recommend checking the toolkit at the back of the vehicle to see if it was placed there with the tire iron and other tire changing tools. If it has been misplaced then You can contact Toyota with the code on Your wheel locks and they can get You a new key.
