On the 2017 Ford Explorer, there isn't a physical button that You can push any more to engage the heating steering wheel. Instead, You'll need to use the touchscreen interface. Go ahead and put the key in the ignition and turn on Your vehicle. When You see the touchscreen has turned on, You'll want to find the Climate icon on the screen and press it. You should then see a button on the screen that says "Heated Steering Wheel", around the top left corner of the touchscreen. If You press that, Your steering wheel will now start to heat up.
