The Ford F-350 does not have a spare tire key. The spare tire is held in place by a single twist-off lock in the center of the tire, as well as the lug nuts themselves. Once You remove the center lock and loosen the lug nuts the spare tire will come out.

In some models, the key was attached to lug wrench and in others it was in the glove box. The dealer can help you with this issue.
