There could be different reasons why the lights aren't working on the 2018 Acura MDX. It could be something simple and easy all the way to something more complicated and pricey. Some things that could be the reason are blown fuses, dead or faulty bulbs or something wrong with the wiring. The cheaper and easier option You would want would simply be that the bulbs are dead and just need to be replaced. The size of the bulbs for the MDX is LED for the dome light, map light and glove box light, 158/194 for the interior door light, 6615F bulb for the vanity mirror light and 168 for the luggage compartment. If the problem is the fuse You would just need to replace the fuse which isn't too costly.
