The power windows in Your BMW X3 are part of a larger system that is controlled by the Body Control Module. The BCM is the brain for all non-engine related systems so if it does go bad it usually has a larger effect than just the windows. The first thing You want to check is the window lock switch that is at the top of the driver side switch pod in the door. This locks the windows for everyone except the driver. Another place to look for problems is the fuse panel, check all the fuses to make sure none of them have blown. If You find any bad fuses, make sure You replace them with one of the same amperage rating, do not go higher.

The 2019 BMW X.3 power windows may stop working due to a bad door actuator, bad master switch, or blown fuse
