When the power windows are not working in Your Ford Ranger the first thing that I suggest that You take a look at are the fuses to the window motors. These can blow and if one of them does then the window motors will not get electricity and will not work. If that is not the problem then there could be an issue with the switch or motor. You will want to use electrical scanning tools like a multimeter to check the continuity of the motor and switch. If both of those are fine then there is always a chance that there is a fault with the body control module for Your truck and that will need to be diagnosed using dealership level scan tools.

Your Ford Ranger power windows not working are typically caused from either a faulty window regulator (also called a window track), or a broken motor, cable pulley or window switch.
