The Kia Sportage fog lights not working means the bulbs have burnt out. Headlights are a very easy thing to replace should they go out, and they are quite cheap. Each bulb will cost You between 10 and 20 dollars on average. To change the bulb out You will first need to remove the headlight cover. These are held in place by a couple of screws. Once You remove the screws the cover will come right off. Now You can unscrew the built, much like a ceiling fan bulb, and pull it out. Put the new bulb in its place and then put the cover back on. Screw it in place, and then make sure to test the bulbs.

A blown fuse, a bad relay or bad ground are common causes for your Kia Sportage fog lights not to work.

In my case, the front and rear Fog lights have failed to operate due to the stick on the steering wheel becoming faulty. New stick required. In the UK - £55 - how cheap for a Kia!!!
