If the reverse lights on Your 2012 Ford F-350 have stopped working, and there isn't any obvious sign of physical trauma, such as someone having bashed them in with a baseball bat, then there are a few things You can start with to figure it out: Check the fuse in the BCM (located in the passenger side kick panel fuse box), which also controls Your upper brake lights. Next, look under the hood at the fuse box in the engine compartment for the light relay; this is often the culprit when the reverse lights aren't working. Verify that there is voltage in the blue wire with a white stripe that runs from the BCM all the way back to the lights. Finally, verify that the bulbs are indeed good; it's rare for both to burn out at once, but not impossible.

If both reverse lights on your 2012 ford f-350 are not operable the likely culprit is a blown bcm fuse which can be found inside the passenger side fuse box, located in the passenger side kick panel. If that does not fix the problem you should then check each light bulb individually.
