Yes, it should have come with Your vehicle, but just think of the single mile per hour fuel efficiency You've had instead all this time.

If your new ford fiesta does not have a spare wheel in the trunk you can take it back to the dealership for a replacement.

Unfortunately, yes, some ford fiestas do not come with a spare wheel. This is a complaint of many with compact vehicles and will necessitate some form of roadside assistance if you find yourself with a flat tire or similar problem.
