In short Because Ford's cheap and skeezy. You asked, there it is. The Ford Fiesta doesn't have a spare wheel because Ford wanted to save a couple bucks, and now You're stranded on the side of the road. Ain't that nice To be fair, You should have a little kit where the spare should be, which has what's basically some fixA-flat and a pump. As You probably know, almost all tires places tell You never to put that gunk in a tire, but You don't have much of a choice without a spare. The good news is, if You're reading this before You're in a bad situation, You can actually buy an aftermarket spare kit. For about $220, You can snag the Genuine Ford Fiesta Spare Wheel Kit, part number 1789081. Yes, it should have come with Your vehicle, but just think of the single mile per hour fuel efficiency You've had instead all this time.

If your new ford fiesta does not have a spare wheel in the trunk you can take it back to the dealership for a replacement.

Unfortunately, yes, some ford fiestas do not come with a spare wheel. This is a complaint of many with compact vehicles and will necessitate some form of roadside assistance if you find yourself with a flat tire or similar problem.
