If Your Ford Transit has no sound the radio sometimes disconnects itself from the speaker if there is an electrical anomaly. Resetting the radio might fix it. It may also be a faulty radio fuse that is causing problems with Your radio. If the radio fuse is removed, the Audio system will disable itself which would explain no sound coming from the radio. If it's a blown fuse the cost to have a fuse replaced depends on the style of fuse used in the make and model, and the power requirement. Most common fuses are only $10 to $20, although some specialty fuses are more than $100 to replace, in addition to diagnostic costs. Most fuses are easy to replace however.
