Owners of the 2010 Volkswagen CC have experienced difficulty enabling bluetooth Audio in their vehicles. To pair any device, from the phone's menu, turn the bluetooth function on and pair with the VW. Most users successfully pair their devices with the CC. Problems arise when owners select the "bluetooth Audio" option using the vehicle's "MEDIA" button. The feature, even if chosen, is not enabled. The consensus among users is the malfunction is caused by the CC's factory installed bluetooth module. It is not able to support BT Audio unless it is the "Volk-L accessory" version. <\p. Other causes could include missing software updates and/or the need for a software reboot.

If the bluetooth audio fails in your 2010 vw cc attempt a reset and disable your device.
