On the 2013 Lexus GS350, there is a high incidence of failures with the analog clock not working, or not working properly. Some owners have issues where it only functions when the vehicle's in use, for example. You can go to the dealer and have them swap it out, but since they'll use the OEM part, You're going to see the same issue. This is one of the reasons Lexus stopped offering these in newer model years of the GS350. Generally, though, if it's not the gremlins these vehicles seem to have, You'll want to check the fuse for the clock, in the cabin fuse panel, and also the wiring. I'm assuming that Your car battery's also fully charged; if it's dead, Your clock, too, will be.

If the clock on the 2013 lexus gs 350 is not working then it is not getting power, either from a blown fuse or a bad wire.
